The founders, Ramon Samoza, Michael Martin, and Phillip Heckel created 501K to provide everyday investors access to the institutional-grade real estate deals that are normally reserved for only the largest investors or the “1%”.
At 501K, our team boasts a wealth of experience and expertise, headed by our CEO, Ramon Samoza. With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, dating back to 2004, and a proven track record in entrepreneurship, Mr. Samoza brings a depth of knowledge and vision to our company. Additionally, we are fortunate to have an in-house attorney and realtor, Pace Johnson, further enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive, end-to-end services to our clients.
